  We pre booked a table of 15 for my sisters birthday on the 13th of July and to say that the whole experience was utterly awful is an understatement.
  We ordered our food and waited over an hour for the first meal. It was then over 40 minuets after this for the last meal and the sauces for the first few meals to arrive, and by this point, we had already tasted the unpalatable, poorly presented, reheated food.
  We sent parts of our order back, and when the waitresses asked us if everything was ok, we obviously said no and expressed our disappointment in the service and the food.
  Having said that, overall the waiting on staff were pleasant to us.
  After our experience we made a complaint to the manager regarding the timing of the meals being brought out/the service, (as it was pre booked for a special occasion personally I would of expected higher standards of hospitality) and also the quality of the food we were served, that was quite frankly, the worst food I have ever eaten.
  The manager was rude, argumentative, unsympathetic, and unprofessional during the complaining process. It was repugnant behaviour from a manager to paying customers to say the least. When leaving the pub, inappropriate comments were made by management to us, again totally unprofessional.
  Amusingly - The motto for this establishment is "We don’t do fast food... We do good food as fast as we can" the food is most definitely not good nor did it come out fast. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I truly hope nobody has an experience like this anywhere.
